Current Questions

After scheduling your experience, new clients will be sent a liability waiver and new client form, both will need to be filled out before arrival.

How many hours should I paddleboard?
It depends! If you have not paddled before and just want to see if you enjoy it, book an hour and come back for more! If you would like to see most of the idle zone, I recommend 2-3 hours.

Why could my reservation be canceled?
Reservations can be canceled for winds more than 10 mpr, chance of lightning or any weather conditions that may cause harm or difficulties getting back to land. Please review the cancelation policy below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
2025 Updated Cancelation Policy
Please schedule your reservation up to 24 hours of your class time. Canceling after 3 hours or a no-show will result in a potential service fee of $35.
Weather Cancelation Policy
There is a chance your experience can be canceled due to inclimate weather or water levels. If this happens, your booking will go back onto your account to use for another date. Please contact me directly at [email protected] if you would prefer a different method, in case this happens!
Late Equipment Return Fee
If you fail to return your rented equipment 15 minutes after your expected return time, you will be charged a $15 per consecutive 15 minutes you are late.

Is there a weight limit?
Yes, the max capacity of my inflatable paddleboards are 350lbs. This includes yourself and equipment.

Why inflatable paddleboards?
Inflatable paddleboards are super lightweight and easy to carry, especially if you are just one person running a paddleboard business! They are typically a beginner's board and easy to learn on. Plus, they are comfortable and great for SUP Pilates!

Can I bring my own paddleboard or kayak?
Unfortunately, no. Due to liability and insurance I can not permit your own equipment. All SUP's boards are cleaned and inspected before and after each use to ensure safety. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

What to Wear/Bring

I recommend dressing in layers such as wearing a bathing suit and/or athletic clothing that you can remove or put on, shoes that are comfortable but easy to remove. Hats and sunglasses --ones that can be donated to the lake. I do not recommend wearing said shoes on the board to hinder balance. You may also bring water bottles and waterproof phone cases*

Is there anything I should or shouldn't bring or wear?
I recommend not taking anything on the water that you care strongly about. I.e. Phones, car keys, cameras, or clothing items that could be lost, torn, or become dirty and/or wet. Cotton clothing is strongly prohibited. I recommend wearing a bathing suit or athletic clothing and I like to dress in layers as well! You may also bring water bottles that are not plastic.
