It depends! If you have not paddled before and just want to see if you enjoy it, book an hour and come back for more! If you would like to see most of the idle zone, I recommend 2-3 hours.
Yes! Life jackets are required to be at least on the board, but I am also required to provide a life jacket that suits you according the information I am given, but if you have a life jacket that you love and are comfortable with, please by all means bring it! I most importantly want you to be comfortable and safe, not just coordinated!

Unfortunately as much as I would love to have both your kiddos and furry family members participate in my paddle boarding experiences, I am not comfortable doing that my first few seasons. As I am water safety trained, I am obligated to save your child first before you or your pet and I would hate to choose to save a life over another or put anyone in a dangerous situation. Due to insurance purposes currently, only ages 20 years and older can participate. Again, I am just by myself so with time, demand and possibly more hands, I hope to change this in the future. Thank you for understanding!

Croakies for your favorite sunglasses OR a cheap pair that you don’t mind donating to the lake if you fall. Please stay away from cotton clothing unless you plan on wearing i.e. a tshirt and taking it off before you paddle. Plan on getting wet!
